About this wiki

Iron Nest Wiki is an independent, fan-run guide and news companion for IRON NEST: Heavy Turret Simulator, the dieselpunk heavy-artillery simulator from Nick Nieuwoudt & Dominik Latos. We started early — well before the game's expected q3 2026 (expected late july / early august) launch — so that the moment you take your seat at the gun, there's an accurate, well-organised resource waiting for you.

How we work

Everything here is written by people who love hardcore simulators. We draw on the official Steam pages, the public demo, developer material and reputable reporting, and we always say when something is confirmed versus still expected or community-reported. The game is still in development, so we revise pages as new details land. Where the game's exact systems aren't yet public — the full 15-region list, for example — we say so plainly rather than inventing specifics.

All illustrations on this site are original artwork created for the wiki in the spirit of the game's dieselpunk aesthetic — we do not host the game's copyrighted screenshots, logos or marketing art. Our writing is our own; we cite our sources rather than copying them.
